DJ's Boudain Green Bean Casserole

Traditional Ingredients:

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 (14.5 oz) Cans of Cut Green Beans, drained

1/2 cup Milk

TexJoy Poultry Seasoning

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

1/2 Block DJ's Rice Dressing

1 1/2 cup Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)

Directions:

  1. Heat Rice Dressing in a skillet until workable. Add poultry seasoning.
  2. Place Rice Dressing into an oven-safe 9x9 inch baking dish. Flatten. (Glass preferred. Spray aluminum with Non-Stick cooking spray.)
  3. In a bowl, add drained green beans, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, and spices.
  4. Place green been mixture on top of rice dressing in baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy!

Spicy Ingredients:

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Condensed Cream of Jalapeño Soup

2 (14.5 oz) Cans of Cut Green Beans, drained

1/4 cup Milk

1 tsp Cornstarch + 2 tsp Water

TexJoy Poultry Seasoning

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

1/2 Block DJ's Rice Dressing

1 (8 oz) Block of Cream Cheese, Softened

1 1/2 cup Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)

Directions:

  1. Heat Rice Dressing in a skillet until workable. Add poultry seasoning.
  2. Place Rice Dressing into an oven-safe 9x9 inch baking dish. Flatten. (Glass preferred. Spray aluminum with Non-Stick cooking spray.)
  3. In a bowl, add drained green beans, condensed cream of jalapeño soup, milk, and spices.
  4. Stir cream cheese until spreadable. Microwave a few seconds if necessary. Spread on Rice Dressing.
  5. Place green been mixture on top of cream cheese layer in baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy!
