DJ's Boudain Quesadillas
Ingredients:
- DJ's Boudain Links
- Shredded Fiesta Cheese
- Flour Tortillas
- Butter
Directions:
- Remove casing and discard.
- Cook DJ’s Boudain in non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Set DJ’s Boudain aside.
- Coat non-stick pan with 1 TBSP of butter.
- Add Tortilla. Add cheese. Add DJ’s Boudain. Add even more cheese.
- Fold and toast for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip and repeat.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
