      Our jalapeno smoked boudain links have a delicious bevy of spicy flavors – the heat is not for the novice eater. While it is not hot enough to kick out the flavor it might just be hot enough to make you sweat. While the extra heat of the jalapeno will jump it up a notch the added flavor of the smoke with the kick of the jalapeno will really awaken your taste buds.

       

      DJ’s Smoked Jalapeno Boudain combines the best essence of Cajun cuisine with Texan smokehouse. It’s great paired with barbecue, burgers and links, in a kolache, on a cracker or chips, or just with a dab of mustard and something cold and refreshing close by

      • The jalapeno smoked are vacuum-packaged in 2 link packs
      • Already smoked so just microwave or reheat on the grill
      • Great on a bun with a splash of mustard for extra twang
      • Has a kick but not flaming hot
