Tex Mex Meets Boudain

Looking for something extra spicy and unique? Look no further than two local flavor favorites - Tex Mex and Boudain.  The Cajun culture of cuisine draws quite the parallels of Tex Mex. Both make use of spicy cayenne pepper, onions and tomatoes, and both are famously inclusive as they often combine a mix of meats and vegetables to create magnificent meals.

DJ's Boudain and Rice Dressing are as universal and versatile as you'll find for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So merging this with the flavors and meals of Tex Mex isn't a stretch at all. Try this - layout a warm tortilla and spread cooked rice dressing or our Jalapeno Boudain on thick. Top with cheese, salsa, pico de gallo and even a dollop of sour cream. Drop a fried egg and maybe a jalapeno or two or 8!  Wrap it up and make the best boudain-TexMex meal you've ever had. Breakfast or dinner, this is superb. Try it out and taste the impact of local, fresh flavors.
