Ingredients
- 2 lb bag frozen tater tots
- 4 links DJ’s Boudain
- 10 slices real American cheese (or 2 cups shredded)
- Sliced green onions
- Bacon bits
Serve with: Jalapeño ranch, salsa, or ketchup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove casing from the boudain and discard.
- Spread boudain evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer cheese over the top.
- Add frozen tater tots in an even layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with more cheese and air fry for 5 minutes, or until melted and golden.
- Finish with green onions and bacon bits. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
